Stress appears in life no matter where you are on your motherhood journey. We cannot fight it but we can learn how to work with it and make it work for us using proven tools that reduce stress's effect on our mind and body.   

Join me on Wednesday evenings this summer to connect with a community of amazing women and tackle every day stressors.  All are welcome and will benefit from this mind-body workshop-style weekly class.

Each class will include a centering exercise and time to reflect on and release your greatest stressor of the week. You'll then learn a new stress reduction tool and explore exactly how you can implement it into your daily life and make it work for you.
